Ian Wigston

Ian Wigston is our mentor. He has worked as an independent consultant for more than 20 years and founded Bright Field Consulting in 2013. Bright Field works predominantly in the education sector where it supports school leaders and governors in the development of their people and in framing strategy. Previously he established and ran one of the first Innovation Units in Europe and was also responsible for introducing coaching into a leading international bank. His clients include the UK Government and a number of state and independent schools. Current projects include working with more than 20 schools in Bristol as part of a project encouraging wider participation in university education and a unique mentoring programme for more than 40 girls’ state and independent schools.

Stephanie is our Human Resources and Employment Law Guru. She ensures that we are up to date with the recruitment challenges facing business; so that we can tailor our services to ensure young people are highly desirable employees.

Jo Bentley

Jo is our Mindfulness trainer. Her training includes the latest techniques to build emotional resilience and teach skills and strategies which allow us to provide the most effective experience for our clients.

Jo teaches mindfulness to adults, children and teenagers. She has been practising mindfulness for over 12 years and trained at Bangor University. Her work has been featured on BBC TV and radio and she has been an advisor to the Royal College of Psychiatrists and CAMHS on supporting young people's mental health.
